Refund & Return Policy
All Sales Final: Due to the nature of research-grade materials, all sales are generally final once products have shipped.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. Verified issues will be corrected with a replacement shipment.
Lost Shipments: If a package is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to investigate and determine appropriate next steps on a case-by-case basis.
Order Cancellations: Orders may be canceled within a short window after placement if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once processing begins, cancellation may not be possible.

Shipping Policy
